Very dark brown, almost looks black. Not too modern, just right! We needed a special nite stand that was open underneath because there is a furnace/air conditioning vent right there! Perfect for that. The knobs are nice. That was the only thing to assemble! The finish on the top isn't what a very expensive piece would be, I guess. Will need to use coasters, which is fine for the price we paid. Very nice looking for the price. Perfect size too, nice and high. Smooth rolling drawers. Really to early to rate the quality. I'll know after the cleaning lady bumps the legs a number of times.

No these are not the highest quality night stands out there, but factor in the price and the room I was looking to put them in they are perfect. They came very well packed are exactly what they were represented to be and I couldn't be happier!!!

I decided to get a pair of these since the price was right and I needed some drawer space. I really didn't expect too much so I was delighted to find that I liked them so much! They arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. The color is darker and richer than the picture--almost black which I like very much. Would reccomend the product and the site.
